These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the jilbd platform and its users ("you" or "user"). By accessing the jilbd website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you will be considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. Please read the entire document carefully.

jilbd handles financial transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking and online payment methods. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilbd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

3.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each payment method).
• Deposit amounts should be credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact support.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests are only accepted from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

jilbd offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms are given below:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; a deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total of ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, applied to the bonus amount only. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers, after which any winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

• Each user may use each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable after wagering is complete.
• jilbd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• In the event of suspected bonus abuse or fraud, the account may be cancelled and funds forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

jilbd's VIP program has three tiers. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% cashback weekly; Silver members receive up to 0.5% cashback weekly; Gold members receive up to 0.8% cashback weekly. Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active play.

jilbd believes in fair play. All games on the platform are developed by certified software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• No game result is predetermined or influenced through manipulation.
• If a game result is found to be faulty due to a software issue, that round may be voided.
• If a technical disruption occurs in a live game, the relevant bet will be cancelled and the amount refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs will be considered final evidence.

5.1 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed on the relevant game or market page. jilbd reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

5.2 Sports Betting

All information displayed in the sports betting section is for informational purposes. If a match or event is cancelled or abandoned, the relevant bet amount will be refunded or an alternative settlement will be arranged.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilbd. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — using systematic methods to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, or any manipulative tools.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
• Intentionally exploiting platform security vulnerabilities or technical flaws.

By registering a jilbd account, you consent to the following:

jilbd is not liable for any loss or damage in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues or technical problems.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a fault in a third-party payment provider's system.
• If account credentials are stolen due to the user's own negligence.
• In any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

9.1 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any valid balance in the account (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user's registered payment method.
